Access to benefit details, claims, reimbursements, and card transactions has never been easier! Participants can save time and maximize benefits using the Flex Administrators Mobile App. The app will allow participants to view balances, claims, and card transactions as well as submit a claim! No more faxing receipts! Participants can now file a claim directly from his/her mobile device with a photo of the receipt.
Participants can check account balances 24/7. It is secure — no information is stored on the mobile device.
The log in ID and password for the Mobile App will be the same log in ID and password that the Participant sets up for online log in to the website.
